About the Car Craft Group

The Car Craft Group was created by a handful of entrepreneurial repairers in 1987,

who saw the value of joining together to create a network of independent professional repairers, this idea has seen the group grow from it origins in Western Australia to a national network of over 110 repairers.

In addition, and equally important to this was their desire to raise industry standards of repair, presentation, business practices and importantly customer service.

The group is unique in that it was, and still is, owned and driven by its members. Its success is a result of the active involvement of the Board of Directors who are elected by the membership each year. A General Manager and a business development manager look after the day to day operations the various states across the country, with our head office based in Perth.

The development of a national network of repairers has been the aim for some time and since 2011 the Car Craft brand has been actively promoted through participation at industry expos, sponsorship of national events, news articles and press releases

There are now Car Craft Accident Repair Centres in Western Australia, Queensland, NSW, ACT, NT, Victoria and South Australia providing consumers with quality workmanship, excellent customer service and professional business systems. Top Panel Beaters Offering Smash Repairs, Bumper Repairs, Car Body Repairs, autobody repair, refinishing, spray painting and much more.

Car Craft supports its membership by:

  • Negotiating favourable purchasing arrangements with suppliers
  • Coordinating group marketing and promotional activities
  • Industry training in the latest vehicle technologies
  • Establishing and maintaining superior standards of workmanship, presentation and customer service throughout the group, and
  • Representing the members’ interests at trade, insurance company and industry level.

Car Craft Accident Repair Centres

Car Craft Accident Repair Centres are a group of quality smash repairers and panel beaters that are the recognised leaders in the smash repair industry and the first choice of the motoring public for smash repairs and motor vehicle maintenance.

Membership is by invitation and the Board of Directors conducts checks to ensure that the prospective member will enhance the image and maintain the standards of quality workmanship and superior service expected from Car Craft Smash Repairers and Panel Beaters!

 

Customer Service

For Car Craft Accident Repair Centres, superior customer service is about identifying and satisfying customer concerns. Car Craft conducts workshop inspections to ensure quality of work, customer service and shop presentation standards are maintained.

Customers are invited to complete a “Customer Satisfaction Response Survey” form supplied as they take delivery of their repaired vehicle. Unfavourable comments are followed up and a resolution to problems are actively pursued through the Car Craft Group head office.
